Bernardo Londoño has held different positions within Latin America in various industries, always contributing to the growth and development of businesses in the region. Currently Bernardo is the Director of the Global Service Center for the Americas within DHL, where he leads one of the six shared service centers that the company has in the world and is part of the business transformation strategy at a global level. He contributes to the development of AI strategies that maximize profitability, productivity and operational efficiency in the region. His innovative vision has enabled the transformation of key processes through automation, cost reduction and optimization of decision making in an increasingly digitalized and competitive environment.

With a consolidated track record in the management of global operations and services, Bernardo has positioned himself as a key player in the outsourcing process of logistics services in the Americas, integrating advanced technology into the supply chain to improve DHL’s financial and operational performance. His academic background reinforces his leadership in the sector: he holds a Global MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a specialization in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes, and is an Economist from Universidad Externado de Colombia. This combination of knowledge has allowed him to drive transformation processes in different industries and in the region. Bernardo is currently part of the Global Executive Committee of the Global Service Center for DHL, where he is actively involved in the alignment of the different technologies available in the automation processes.
