Eva Dong is a global leader in applying artificial intelligence to drive business transformation and enterprise value. She currently leads AI Value Realization at Google Cloud, where she advises Fortune 500 companies on how to scale AI across the enterprise—bridging the gap between experimentation and ROI. She translates cutting-edge AI solutions into tangible business outcomes, helping clients navigate complex deployments in areas such as customer experience, employee productivity, and new revenue growth.

Eva brings over 10 years of experience at the intersection of data science, AI, and management consulting. At McKinsey & Company, she led AI implementation and advanced analytics transformations for global clients across technology, media, retail, travel and other industries. At Visa Inc., she developed machine learning models to mitigate cybersecurity threats. Her team was among the first in the world to apply AI to proactively identify and prevent cyberattacks—laying the foundation for scalable, intelligence-driven security in global payments.

Her work spans both B2B and B2C contexts, with a focus on complex, data-rich environments where AI can create defensible advantage. She is particularly experienced in driving adoption among C-level stakeholders and aligning AI roadmaps with business strategy, operational constraints, and market dynamics.

Eva has worked across North America, Europe, the UK, China, the Middle East, and Africa, bringing a globally integrated perspective and a nuanced understanding of local business dynamics. Her cross-cultural leadership enables her to build trust and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Beyond her corporate work, Eva is passionate about education and nature. She serves on the Executive Board of The Library Project, a nonprofit that has provided access to books and STEM education for over 1.5 million children in rural Asia. She also sits on the Global Advisory Committee of Scenic Utah, supporting initiatives to preserve and enhance the state’s natural beauty.
