Olga Lucía López is one of the most prominent business leaders in Latin America, recognized for her strategic vision and ability to drive digital transformation in key sectors. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Information Technology at ISA, following 21 years as IT Director, where she has led the implementation of technologies that have supported the growth and expansion of the group’s operations in several countries in the region, including Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, and Central America. Under her leadership, ISA has integrated over 1,000 digital agents powered by artificial intelligence, optimizing processes and freeing up resources for strategic activities. Her innovative approach has consolidated ISA as a benchmark in digital transformation in Latin America, particularly in key industries such as Electricity, Roads, and Telecommunications.

Olga Lucía also stands out for her active participation in various directorial and associative roles. She is President of the Board of Directors of Inteia, a member of the Board of Directors of INTERNEXA, and part of the Ethics Committee of the ISA Group. Additionally, she is the founder and promoter of the CIO Round Table in Medellín and President of the CxO Forum Latin America, reflecting her commitment to technological and business leadership in the region.

With a solid academic background that includes a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad EAFIT and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by advanced studies in Digital Transformation at MIT, Olga Lucía combines technical expertise with business vision. She has been recognized by Forbes as one of the “Digital Transformation Geniuses” in 2021 and has received awards such as “Tech Executive” at the Globant Awards 2020. Her visionary leadership and ability to integrate advanced technologies like artificial intelligence have enabled companies not only to adapt to current challenges of digitalization and energy transition but also to position themselves as leaders in a highly competitive business environment.
